Chicago-based developer HSA Commercial Real Estate selected PREMIER Design + Build Group, LLC to lead its 279,199 sq. ft. tenant improvement project at the newly constructed Commerce Farms V industrial building in Lebanon, TN, a suburb of Nashville. The build-out provides approximately 6,000 sq. ft. of office space and the balance as warehouse for XPO Logistics Supply Chain Inc.
The existing shell is constructed of insulated precast and will offer 1,600 amp service, as well as an ESFR fire protection system. Also included in the design are 26 dock positions, two drive-in docks and two office entries. The project is expected to be completed in July 2018.

Project manager Bill Malarski oversaw the project for PREMIER Design + Build Group, LLC., Harris Architects, Inc. provided architectural services; Emcor Services provided mechanical engineering services; Electrical Contracting Enterprises, LLC provided electrical engineering services; and MVP Plumbing provided plumbing services. The 651,380 sq. ft. shell building, as well as the build-out for the building’s other tenant, GEODIS, was constructed by PREMIER on behalf HSA Commercial Real Estate in August 2017.
