Logistics Property Co. is preparing to build two industrial structures in Aurora.
Construction will start soon at 2800 W. Diehl Rd. and 4275 Ferry Rd., with both logistics projects scheduled for delivery in early 2023, Commercial Property Executive reports.
Pepper Construction will be the general contractor for 4275 Ferry Rd., while Meridian Design Build will construct the Diehl Road building.
The Diehl Road facility will be on a 30.7 acre site, and will occupy 392,933 sq. ft. There will be 36-foot clear heights and 56 docks, as well as 403 auto and 26 trailer parking spaces.
About 1.5 miles away, the Ferry Road site, to be known as the Butterfield Distribution Center ,will be a 270,934 sq. ft. structure on 17.6 acres
