Construction is under-way on the 316,550-sq.-ft. facility at the intersection of 51st Street and St. Louis Avenue in Chicago.
Last Mile Logistics Center I-55 is situated on a 19.6-acre site on the south side of Chicago within the Gage Park neighborhood.
The development features a precast insulated concrete panel exterior with high performance glass at the office areas. It offers 32 truck docks, four drive-in doors, a 36’ clear height, 71 trailer stalls and parking for 229 vehicles.
Additional sitework includes a 3.1-acre park at the south end of the property with walking paths, outdoor seating and detention pond.
The general contractor is McShane Construction Co.
