Welcome to your Chicago Construction News.

We’re restoring an old idea – the regional construction industry publication – in the era of multi-media communications.

Many years ago, there was a printed Chicago Construction News. It’s long disappeared, but appears to have been associated with a well-established and reputable leads service (which continues today). Our new Chicago Construction News is independent – and we’re working with a new leads service, Databid.com, providing comprehensive and fairly-priced local construction industry project leads data.

Chicago Construction News (CCN) will go far beyond being a regional industry magazine, however. You can read it online, and observe frequent updates on Facebook and Twitter.

Today, we’re launching a weekly e-letter. This allows the coverage of breaking news. Both the website and magazine have room for more in-depth features, photos, and videos.

CCN’s digital content is free for readers, with paid printed subscriptions also available.

If you are an advertiser, you’ll see plenty of built-in value as we reach 7,500 qualified readers in Chicagoland’s architecture, engineering and construction community. You’ll receive far more than a “print ad” for your investment – we’ll provide weblinks, newsletter feeds, social media amplification, and plenty of guidance to build your reputation and attract new and repeat profitable clients.

We’ll always support industry associations and worthy causes and will, when necessary, cover controversial topics with sensitivity and respect.

This preview issue is just a sample of the full publication to be released the week of July 15.

You can get involved with your story suggestions or as an advertiser. For more information, please call Brooke McDonald at (888) 627-8717 ext 208 or email bmcdonald@chicagoconstructionnews.com.
