Summit Design + Build LLC says it is looking for new office space.
“Summit Design + Build is quickly outgrowing our current office space,” the company said in its newsletter. “We are interested in acquring an existing 30,000 to 50,000 sq. ft. building with parking on the west or northwest side of Chicago.”
