As the local economy grows in McHenry County, IL, so do the opportunities for its residents to improve their quality of life. PREMIER Design + Build Group, LLC hopes to help in that effort. “We broke ground Aug. 14, 2015 with Mace (owner’s rep) and Children’s Medical Group, S.C., for the Children’s Pediatric Medical Office in Lake in the Hills, a northwest suburb of Chicago,” the company said in a news release.
The 5,118 sq. ft. facility was commissioned by Children’s Medical Group, S.C., and is slated to open the first quarter of 2016. The office will feature 12 patient exams rooms with two treatment rooms and a dedicated breastfeeding room. Separate waiting rooms and exam rooms for sick and well children were also incorporated in the design to eliminate the risk of spreading illness among patients.
“Lake in the Hills is pleased to welcome Children’s Medical Group’s office,” says village president Paul Mulcahy. “There are many other exciting construction projects underway in the area, but this one is special given its focus on the health and wellbeing of children.”
“The wellbeing of children is a topic near and dear to PREMIER Design + Build as evidenced by our commitment to families, the construction of state-of-the-art medical facilities and our charitable efforts,” the Premier news release reported.
“We donated to Tuesday’s Child as part of the groundbreaking ceremony,” the news release reported.
