PREMIER Design + Build Group, LLC has wrapped up construction on the Agility Logistics tenant improvement, just three months after completing shell construction for Bridge Development Partners, LLC.

Its new 117,771-sq. ft. facility is constructed of precast concrete and glass, with 32’ clear height ceilings, 110 parking spaces, 18 exterior truck docks and one drive-in door. The tenant buildout included a 19,972-sq. ft., open-plan office spanning two floors.

The project was overseen by PREMIER project manager Samantha Skopek and superintendent Zach Gadomski. Ware Malcomb provided architectural services for the buildout, and structural engineering support was provided by Swift Structural Design.
