Chicago’s Park Hyatt Hotel is getting a $38 million renovation.
A building permit filed on Oct. 27 says Pepper Construction Company is the general contractor for the work at 800 N. Michigan Ave. The permit says it covers “renovation of guest rooms and corridors, floors 3 through 6 and 8 through 18.”
Key subtrades include: Electrical – Kelso-Burnett Co.; and plumber/plumbing – AMS Mechanical Services, Inc.
