O’Malley Construction Company is working on a $8,042,000 tenant build-out project at 420 W. Mural St. in Pilsen.
The permit says the work is for a “tenant buildout and change of occupancy for single office tenant of floors 1-4 in existing 4 story building.”
Chicago YIMBY reported last year that the structure is part of the second phase of the Mural Park adaptive reuse development.
Key subtrades include: Electrical – Terrance Electric & Technology; plumber/plumbing – Warren F. Thomas Construction Company; and refrigeration and ventilation – State Mechanical Services.
