Chicago has issued a $40 million building permit to replace electrical switchgear and the standby diesel generator at the 1000 E. Ohio St. James W. Jardine Water Purification Plant.
The permit says Joseph J. Henderson & Son, Inc. is the general contractor for the work “which will require modification of existing structures and construction of a new building addition.”
Subtrades include: Electrical – Gibson Electric Co. Inc., masonry – 3CD Corporation; plumbing – C. R. Leonard Plumbing: refrigeration – Complete Mechanical Piping LLC; and ventilation – R.J. Olman Company.
