Kinzie Real Estate Group has announced its building division has been tapped by Interstate Partners, LLC to serve as the general contractor for Watermark at the Grove, a new luxury rental community in Elgin, IL. The project is expected to break ground in April.
“Our proven reputation as a preferred provider for pre-development, due diligence, project management, product development and build-out, positions Kinzie Builders as the go-to specialist in the construction of luxury rental communities,” Steve Spinell, principal of Chicago-based Kinzie Real Estate Group, said in a statement.
The development on an 11-acre site at the northwest corner of Northwest Pkwy. and N. Randall Rd., will include 258 luxury apartments configured among five three-story buildings.
The first construction phase will include a resort-style clubhouse with event space, fitness facility, theater room and outdoor pool as well as the first five residential buildings.
