Kensington Development Partners and IM Properties recently broke ground on the mixed-use Saw Mill Station project in Morton Grove.
The 26-acre redevelopment project is located at the SEC of Dempster St. and Waukegan Rd. When complete, Sawmill Station is projected to include approximately 240,000-sq. ft. of retail and entertainment space as well as a six-story multifamily component of approximately 250,000 sq. ft.
Construction is expected to begin in the coming weeks and is expected to complete in the fall 2020.
