Detail of Services
Build out of approx. 10,700 gross square feet of 3rd floor core and shell space of the Mile Square building to create administrative offices, clinical exam rooms, a phlebotomy room and dry laboratory. New work includes: demolition of select plumbing, fire protection, mechanical, electrical, and technology systems to accommodate the renovation; new gypsum wall board demising walls; store front glazing systems, select exterior curtain wall system modifications, store front and hollow metal doors, frames and hardware; carpet tile and/or vinyl tile/plank and seamless flooring; vinyl base; lay-in suspended tile ceilings; select wood ceiling systems, plumbing and HVAC fixtures, devices and infrastructure; sprinkler systems, electrical power, telephone, data and wireless infrastructure; light fixtures, switching and occupancy sensor control systems; security access system and controls; new paint finishes; new casework, fixtures and furniture; new AV, IT and medical equipment; departmental, wayfinding and room signage. Trades include general, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and electrical. LEED target is gold.
