CPD invites prequalification bids from architects, engineers and landscape architects

Grant Park. The Chicago Park District has posted open RFP AEC prequalification opportunities on its website

DataBid.com reports that the Chicago Park District (CPD) has published an open request for prequalification for “experienced architectural, engineering and landscape architectural firms or consultants.”

There’s no urgency in the deadline, as DataBid reports bids are due on Sept. 30, 2020 at 4:30 p.m.

There are also opportunities for Rapid Response Construction Services (due Dec. 31, 2018) and General Contractor Services (due Sept. 30, 2020.)

In detail, the posting for professional services says:

The Chicago Park District (CPD) invites experienced architectural engineering and landscape architectural firms or consultants to submit their qualifications for possible inclusion in the Architecture and Engineering Services pre-qualified pool (DES pool).

There are four categories of work for this pool and firms can submit their qualifications for one some or all four categories work:

(i) Architecture
(ii) Civil and Structural Engineering
(iii) Landscape Architecture
(iv) Environmental Engineering

The opportunities are for:

  • Design and Engineering Services
  • Architecture Design and Engineering Services
  • Civil / Structural Engineering
  • Design and Engineering Services
  • Landscape Architecture Design and Engineering Services
  • Environmental Engineering
