CityPads and Common are building a co-living space in Chicago that will offer 59 units.
Dubbed Common Addams, the project is located at 1407 W. 15th St. across from Addams/Medill Park, reports Gazette Chicago.
Designed by Built Form, the building will feature four stories with more than 5,000 sq. ft. of community living space. Amenities will include a fitness facility, lounges, and communal dining spaces.
The facility is expected to complete construction in 2020.
