Chicago has issued a $6.8 million building permit for a new three-story medical office building at 2535 Martin Luther King Jr. Dr.
The permit says the 55,000 sq. ft. building will be built on micro-pile and pile cap foundations by Carlson Bros. Inc. for King Skyes, LLC c/o Bulldog Properties LLC.
Key subcontractors include: Electrical, Excel Electric Inc.; masonry, Graf Concrete Construction Inc. and Piazza & Mannerino Masonry, Inc.; plumbing, Norman Mechanical; refrigeration and ventilation, GT Mechanical Product & Design.
The architect is listed as Jon Ditter.
