Chicago has issued a $25 million building permit for the interior buildout of a new office and warehouse facility at 716 E 111th St. in Pullman.
This is the site of a Whole Foods Distribution Center, originally built in 2017, about the time Amazon purchased the company.
Ryan Companies US, Inc. is the project’s general contractor. Key subtrades include Electrical – Connelly Electric Co.; plumber/plumbing – Hayes Industries, Inc.; refrigeration and ventilation – Emcor Services Team Mechanical.
