Chicago has issued a $20 million building permit for a five story structure at 1448 W. Madison. The building will include 32 dwelling units above ground floor retail and parking, the permit says.
Maris Construction Corp. is the general contractor and the architect is Lewis E. Wilson of Sullivan, Goulettte & Wilson (SGW) Architects Ltd. Subtrades include: Masonry – Klatt Enterprises, Inc., and plumber/plumbing – Norman Mechanical.
