Texas-based developer Trammell Crow has received a construction permit for a new 14-story building in Chicago’s Fulton Market neighborhood.

Called 1375 West Fulton Market, the 315,000-sq.-ft. building will include 15,000 square feet of ground floor space for retail and restaurants.

Designed by ESG Architects, the building will feature multiple outdoor spaces on each floor, in addition to common outdoor spaces and hospitality-focused amenities totaling approximately 23,000 sq. ft.

Trammell plans to complete the project in the first quarter of 2020.
