CMK Companies through 1000 S. Wells (Chicago) LLC has been issued a $100 million building permit for 720 S.Wells St. in the South Loop Riverline development.
The permit describes the work as “Structural Only- Building D – 28 stories 6 story podium and 22 story tower: approx 202,800 SF podium and 346,500 SF. Tower = approx 549,300 GSF”
Buzzbuzzhome.com reports that the project is a condo tower which will have 452 units. The architect is Mark Walsh of Perkins + Will.
