DataBid.com has reported an opportunity for work on the Wrightwood condo and apartment buildings at 1730 W. Wrightwood (the former Tag Furnishings outlet)in Lincoln Park.

The former furniture outlet is being converted into two buildings, with 76 apartment and condominium units, designed by architect Pappageorge Haymes.

“Unlike the plethora of new micro apartment projects coming to the downtown area and North Side, this plan calls for spacious residences, with the average size for the condos being around 2,500 square feet and the rentals being in the 1,250 square foot range,” Curbed Chicago reports.”As the plan stands, the development will include 30 condos, 60 rentals and 80 total parking spaces between both buildings.”
