Renovate the existing 17,500 sq. ft. library.
consists of extensive interior renovations with two smaller additions, a new entrance canopy, and site work.
The project will be completed over four phases during library operating hours. Renovations shall include demolition, concrete, general trades, masonry, steel, aluminum entrances & glazing, casework, flooring, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, fire protection, low-voltage, landscaping, and site work.
